Diamond Confetti by Quantity
It is usually a good idea to purchase a product like this in bulk. It saves money and can be easy if you take a few things into consideration.
Q: How much should I buy?
A: First of all, it is important to consider how many guests will be attending your event but more importantly how many tables you will have and how big they are, etc.
Diamond Confetti is best (and most often) used as a centerpiece adornment so of course it should be placed in the middle of the table. If your event has long narrow tables you will likely want to have less per section. Round, square, or otherwise shaped tables which seat at least 4 people can hold quite a bit more, thus increasing the appeal. Of course you are free to use your own judgment on the matter. Sometimes it is most helpful to experiment with different arrangements before finalizing your decision.
Suggestions:
Here are a few suggestions that our visitors have found to be generally helpful. Bear in mind that these are suggestions for mid-sized tables. Use your own discretion to decide how many will be needed
2,000 count- A good start. 2000 may sound like a lot but once you begin to decorate for your event you will quickly find that you want to put a lot on each table. They are quite visually appealing and this will be lessened somewhat by spreading them too thin. We suggest roughly 400 per table. Remember you are trying to create the illusion of a lavish display, which means they should appear to have been poured straight from the vault. Also keep in mind that each person at the table will want to see equal quantities from their perspective. If your event is small or if you want to try them out for other purposes, this is a great quantity to kick things off with.
4,000 count- Great amount. Ample for most small events and should cover 10 tables easily (roughly 50 guests). Keep in mind all the extra tables that won't seat any guests. There are also buffet tables, sign-in tables, etc to consider. Depending on the location there may even be shelves or additional surfaces. A good wedding or event theme should extend to every aspect of the venue.
6,000 count- Enough for most events. If you are planning multiple events or if you are just the type of person that enjoys the savings afforded by shopping in bulk, this is the choice for you. Diamond Confetti can also look great in commercial settings. Add a lavish touch to any store display: wine, silverware, fine china, etc.
8,000-10,000 count- Should provide cover for huge events with 25+ tables (roughly 150 guests). Remember to consider all surfaces present in your main event hall.
